RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS

As a condition of membership Members shall agree to:

Obey the Society's constitutions and bye-laws.

Execute the Society's decisions.

Supply update of current address.

Pay an annual membership subscription. The amount will be determined annually by the Administrative Council.

PRIVILEGES AND RIGHTS OF MEMBERS

The following privileges and rights are granted to members:
Access to the Society membership listings and lists of all members' addresses, consistent with the objectives of the Society.

Attend the Society's activities.

Resign at any time.

REGISTER

A register of the society shall be kept by the Secretary. It shall include a listing of current executive officers and mailing address(es) and a current census of membership. A supplementary file shall include current copies of constitution and Bye-Laws or other official documentation of Organization.

A register of Members, Associate Members, Fellows and Honorary Fellows shall be kept by the Secretary.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership may be terminated in any of the following ways:

Should a member wish to resign, he or she must give six months notice to the Secretary in writing. He or she shall be responsible for the annual subscription until the effective date of resignation.

If the annual subscriptions of a member for any year shall not have been paid on or before 31 December of that year, he or she shall be notified that he or she has been suspended and a 10% surcharge shall be applied. If the subscription in arrears shall not have been paid by 31 March of the following year, person shall cease to be a member as of that date, unless otherwise decided by resolution of the Administrative Council.

A member may be expelled on the grounds that his or her conduct is detrimental to the honour? or interests of the Society by a two-thirds vote of the General Assembly in support of a report of the Administrative Council.
